Shortcuts:
- Select the photo inside the frame: A (Direct Selection Tool)
- Select the frame: V (Selection Tool)
- Select all frames on spread: Command – A (Mac) or Control – A (PC)
- Duplicate frame: Option (Mac) or Alt (PC) + Click and drag
